Led young College Work Study Program

Led young College Work Study Program

The Led young College Work Study Program provides on-campus, part-time employment for students in need of additional financial assistance. It is aimed at students whose financial need cannot be fully met by the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), OSAP Supplementary programs, or personal resources. Eligible students are allowed to work up to a maximum of 10 hours per week at a minimum of $14.21 per hour. Although the number of hours per week may vary by department, students are not allowed to exceed 140 hours per semester enrolled.

Work study students will have an opportunity to participate in Led young GROW (Guided Reflection On Work). This on-campus employment program helps students gain transferable skills and connect their part-time jobs with their future career goals. Once a student is hired through work study, they will receive additional information to register for the program.
